• Advanced scheduling is required to book a wedding event. A signed contract must be returned to the park to officially reserve your party. Without a signed contract, we cannot guarantee the chosen date. We recommend that you contact the park with as much advance notice as possible as the calendar fills very quickly. These prices and options are only valid at the Grove City location.

​

• A 25% nonrefundable deposit is due at booking. Additionally, a $100.00 nonrefundable clean-up fee will also be added. The remainder of your payment is due the day of your party before any of your guests enter the park. Payments must be for the entire group, not individual transactions. Wedding Events may be paid for by cash or card only. Please note: there will be a 4% fee on any card transactions. We do not accept personal checks.

• Due to federal animal safety laws, only feed provided by Keystone Safari may enter the park to be fed to the animals. Any member of a wedding party found with outside feed causes the entire group to be immediately removed from the park without refund.

• Due to the nature of the park, we understand that weather is a concern for a wedding event. If the park must close due to extreme weather or serious circumstances, the deposit will be refunded. Any guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable. To cancel your party, call and speak to the Office Coordinator or Customer Service Manager.

• The party rate cannot be honored for guests entering the park prior to the contracted arrival time. If you enter the park early, the guest may be charged the full admission rate.

​

• There is no tolerance for any vulgar language or physical appearance. This may lead to management escorting guests off of the property.
